A three-hour workshop to understand what photonic and quantum technologies are and their impact on the infrastructure sector now and near term. We’ll consider challenges such as such as lack of network information, structural health monitoring and geotechnical surveys and discuss potential quantum solutions. The session will be led by Australia's former Chief Scientist (2021-2024), Dr Cathy Foley.
